OTA Conflicts
OTA Conflicts is reserved to the Super Admin.
An external conflict is a booking sent by Channex for nights that are already occupied here. It is not recorded as a booking and occupies no night: the booking in place keeps its nights. ROC Go only acknowledged the revision as received: nothing has been confirmed or cancelled at the OTA. Settle it at the OTA (cancel or relocate the guest — the cancellation sent by Channex closes the incident), or free the nights with the existing screens, then Retry.
